By using Img-gen, you agree that you will only upload photos of yourself that you own the rights to. You may not upload photos of other people or photos that you do not have the rights to. You may not upload nude or pornographic photos. Img-gen is not responsible for any negative consequences that may result from the use of its service.
To protect your privacy and security, all photos uploaded to Img-gen are permanently deleted within 24 hours after generation. The AI model trained on your photos is also permanently deleted after 24 hours. Rendered AI avatars are available for 30 days after generation.
Img-gen is a registered trademark and is subject to copyright worldwide.
Img-gen accepts no liability or responsibility for any reliance upon the information contained on its sites or properties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Img-gen will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with (a) Img-gen or this agreement or the inability to use Img-gen, (b) statements or conduct of or transactions with any member or third party on Img-gen, (c) your use of Img-gen or attendance at Img-gen events, (d) participation in or exclusion from Img-gen groups or events, or (e) any other matter relating to Img-gen. Img-gen's liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of $10 or the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action that may give rise to liability.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, regardless of where Img-gen operates or you use Img-gen from.
We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines. Our sole judgement will determine whether a violation of guidelines has occurred and we will not offer appeals or refunds in such cases.
For EU customers, immediate access to Img-gen services is provided upon purchase and the 14-day withdrawal period is waived.
Using Img-gen means agreeing not to promote any website, application, app, software, product, business, or individual by posting links or messages to direct users to them on any Img-gen site or app. If this agreement is violated, Img-gen may terminate the account and keep the membership fee as a fine.
If a user's payment method is declined, Img-gen may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions within a few days of the first attempt. If the payment method is approved, the user will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the transaction.
